The robot joint is the core of its flexible movement and precise force application. Its outstanding performance stems from two key manufacturing processes: high-precision die-casting and CNC precision machining.
We employ die-casting one-piece molding technology to produce joint bases with complex structures and smooth surfaces, eliminating the need for secondary polishing while balancing efficiency and aesthetics. The overall precision of the die-cast parts can reach ±0.02mm, laying a solid foundation for subsequent processing.
On this basis, CNC precision machining achieves ultimate precision. The row tolerance is strictly controlled within<0.01mm to ensure the smoothness and accuracy of the joint during high-speed operation. The final machining accuracy of 0.005mm fully meets the strict mechanical performance requirements of robots.
Faced with the demand for "flexible small batch, multi variety", we integrate the capabilities of precision die-casting (aluminum alloy, oxidation) to CNC full process processing, providing lightweight and highly reliable structural component solutions for industrial collaboration and humanoid robots, driving the future of robots with precise joints.
