Project Overview

The semi-solid die-casting mold is equipped with four sets of oil cylinders and a vacuum system. The processing progress is steadily advancing, and we have confirmed with the customer that it will be shipped today.

Emergency inspection

Pre shipment re inspection of the mold revealed minor defects. Minor defects may not seem to have a significant impact, but they can leave hidden dangers when put into mass production, so we cannot directly send them out.

Rectify overnight

The delivery deadline is tight, and everyone is working together to adjust and repair. We must make the most of the time to rectify and make every effort to catch up with the original delivery plan.

Engaging in the die-casting industry often faces practical choices. The quality standards cannot be lowered, while also taking into account customer production arrangements. To balance both ends, it is essential for colleagues in the workshop to work hard and contribute.
